Toured all of the properties today. I must say that the art, furniture and staging was amazing. Great job to those teams! I think they really nailed the urban vision. "A++"
Parking, shuttle and show helpers - outstanding! Great job guys! "A++"
The actual properties themselves, wow. Construction, materials used, craftsmanship - seriously low end. I can't believe that a property listed at $2M would have Ikea-like cabinetry, laminate flooring and basic MDF 1x4 for trim. And master baths that are clearly built for two - with a non-private toilet?? Really?? Tell me I wasn't the only one who noticed the wire clothes racks in the closets! Ummm...$5.95 at Lowes. Builders - you get an "F". I will be very surprised if you sell these homes. Having a view and being located in the Pearl is not enough.
